The Good News – Foster Teen Wants Real Thanksgiving Dinner, Ends Up With So Much More

All we hear is…

I think it’s time for
a little GOOD NEWS!

19 year old Seth Miller was living in his car, after aging out of the foster care system, dreaming of a real Thanksgiving dinner–something he had never experienced.

A TV station near his home in Texas featured Sean’s story hoping to find a family willing to give him a seat at their table for the holiday.

Instead, remarkably, the family who had adopted the baby sister he’d never met, heard his story and reached out.

Ana and Robert Hunt have given Sean much more than a place to go for Thanksgiving. They’ve given him a home, a real family like he’d always dreamed of and a new name.

The Hunts have legally adopted Sean, who’s opted to formally change his name to Logan Robert Hunt.

As we gather with family and friends this Thanksgiving, let’s remember how truly blessed we are. And, let’s look for ways we can impact the lives of those around us for good, too.

Let’s not be afraid to step out if our comfort zones and take risks to do something awesome!

No matter how bad or good things are, we have so much to be grateful for.

And that, my friends, is The Good News…
